Corey I would put fuel pressure on truck to see what fuel pressure is. Is afr leaning out when you get 1/4.

yep, i'm pretty sure that 04+ is like that. If you are going to replace it with an OEM style pump, do just that and go OEM. I've seen the parts house brand pumps die after only 10k miles or so. I've also seen one of them continue to work but lose fuel pressure. As far as getting the filter to replace it with, I honestly don't know...I'm not sure if the 04+ fuel pump assembly comes with a new filter or not...I just know that it'd be worth the hassle to change it while you're in there. I'll try to do some digging around and see what I find.

I don't think so, my AFR bounces around a little bit at idle, so hard to say that... But last weekend at the track I was getting some KR above 6k, i never get KR, i mean never... I have no idea of the AFR cause I left my damn serial cable at home...

my pump has a very consistant drop at WOT. And my 42lber's are maxed. It drops arond 6psi IIRC. has around 78K on it.

Since you do ve correction pretty regularly, i would think a lazy pump would be taken up in the ve like mine is. I run OLSD with the pump drop, its that constitant.

I say pump. I have 255 and hate that I have to fill up at 1/4 tank. All take is it below a 1/4 and slash the fuel away pump and say by to pump in couple of months.

I don't know what stock pump is good for fuel wise.
I have 60s and stock pump won't keep up so i went 255.

I wish i could get my stock bucket work with after maket pump.
The stock bucket hold fuel in side of it help cool pump and keep from running the pump dry.

Hmmm, FWIW, I think that the pic I saw of the fuel pump tube with the pinhole was return style...
