Default Tried to install Comp Pro-mag rockers. WTH?

I installed comp pro magnum rockers on my 99 silvy (4.8). The valve covers don't fit over them. Anybody have this problem? ( or solution). I'm slighty pissed because the are supposed to fit under the stock valve covers.

Youll probably need some valve cover spacers. Thunder sells them. Or you could get some of Nasty Performances or Katechs valve covers.

There's also a sheetmetal baffle on the underside of the cover. If that is all that is hitting, you could trim it a little.

I removed all the baffles under my valve covers. Plenty of clearance then

So what can I do to stop the PCV from sucking oil now that there are no baffles? I did remove the driver side baffle, but it still doesn't fit. It seems I might have to grind on the covers too.

Get the LS6 valley cover. That setup will no longer pull PCV air from the valve cover. It will pull it from the valley area that is under the intake manifold.

I think on the center mount covers, you might have to grind just a little around the bolts holes too.
