Default Transgo Shift Kit?

I'd rather do something mechanical to improve shifts than simply increase line pressure like the HPP3. Is the Transgo kit difficult to install? Does anyone know which kit to get for a 1999 Silverado w/ 4L60e? Cost? Anyone have one for sale that they never installed? <img border="0" alt="[pimp]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_pimp.gif" /> <---lol what is this used for

The TransGo kit is about $100-120 depending on who you buy it from and is not that difficult to install IF you are mechanically inclined. It requires removal of the valvebody and minor valve, spring and check ball modifications. You will also have to drill the divider plate and complete a minor servo mod. If you have never done one before and are planning a on your back drivaway install give yourself a good 4-5 hrs. If you have done tranny work before and have a lift for access then 1.5-2.5 hours at max.
