Last night I went out to the track and tried out some new jets in my Nitrous System. The engine ran fine but the trans just wouldn't shift at wide open. I tried maual shifting and just leaving it in drive. the only way it would shift is to back out of the nitrous and let the trans shift. The trans shifted fine with a smaller shot of nitrous in it. Any help will be appreciated. Thank You.

 

Mine just did the same exact thing. I even went and bought a built 4L60 and it was worse than the stock one. My truck is one the lift right now getting a built 4L80.

I can't get mine to shift into 3rd at WOT either, so I'm in the same boat as you.

 

Just talked to a guy that works with Delphi and he said to not run n2o with out a custom tune. If you do you will lean out #7 and break the wrist pin or burn a hole in the piston. so im taking off the N2O and going naturally aspirated untill I can afford a turbo sys and a good tune!
