i'd stick to wheatley for tuning. pat g aint to far in victoria or nelson in san antonio. my recommended cam for daily driver in a 5.3. tbss/nnbs intake would help....

All of those tuners are great. but they guy i am getting to do mine is putting out some great trucks. you can look them up on Houston performances trucks if youd like. plus hes only ten minutes down the road form where i live when im not at school.

and yes i would love to get a tbss intake but most of my money from summer work is gone and im not working while going to school. so hopefully next summer i can get the intake and heads.

i would say 320 at the wheels, running a high 13.xx

anyone tell me about my gas millage. i understand if drive with my foot in it all the time i wont get much. but what about if i drive it right?

highway will be the same maybe better, in town will drop 2-3 mpg

Buddy had the same cam in his 03 SCSB 4x4, back in 04. Had a Yank TT3200, headers, transgo, and tune. Truck ran low 14s. Mileage was worse than stock, but not by much. Low end was a little soft compared to stock, as well. Overall, the truck ran well.
