Too much stall?

def need to get a good tune. not only a diff in wot power but the part throttle "cruisin" driveability will be night and day.

with my stall on the street and tall tires when it shifts into 2nd gear the mph r going up but the rpms r j ust sitting @ about 3500 then it starts going up.but when i put the shorts tires on @ the tracks or on the street it does not do that it just pulls and don't stop.

I'd suggest dumping the 99 PCM and getting a tuned 02 PCM to start, that KR's gotta be killing you...lose the 99 injectors too, get something from 00 and up (99's are 21lb and 00 and up are 24). My truck was a complete dog after my cam swap due to the KR, and the 02 PCM cured it.
