I talked with one of the guys at STS (rear mount turbo guys) and if I can get the right deal I may just go with one of those and the SMC Alk kit. This way I don't have to do any swaps and makes it nice and easy for smog next year. Plus I like the idea of a turbo

Sure thing mate!
The guy I talked to at STS was really cool and said they could set up the kit however I needed since I don't have your avgerage joe shmoe daily driver truck. So I'll prolly get a bigger turbo for the future when I run better pistons and such I can really turn up the boost.
A friend fomr my car club has their kit on his 99' T/A and it looks pretty sick. He is totally impressed with it but hasn't gotten any #s for it yet since he never dynos or races at the track anyway.
Plus I like the idea of being able to turn the boost up or down depending on my needs and ambient temps to be a lil safer. Where I live often gets to 115deg in the summer and I don't wanna be stuck with something that gives full boost then and never be able to get on it even a little. Boost controller here I come LOL
