We had a great time at the shootout too...Thunder Racing was awesome and always the nicest people...My truck ran its best times ever...The best at 12.17 @ 109mph...Pops was especially proud of my last run with 1.62 60ft....We had a lot of fun too when we switched over to the ET bracket...And I got to spot a couple of the Camaros That was pretty cool! It was really great meeting so many people from here in the forum too...Everyone was right...It was a great track!!!

you should have installed the gears when you were doing a crash course posi install

 

hmmm ithink you need to get your stories straight . i didnt install a posi last weekend. i do believe i posted that BIGKID swapt out his G80 for an Eaton because he blew the other one up.
i was not there for the whole change out. i was havn to deal with a dead battery, and havn to tear the valve covers off to find the tapping rocker arm .
also i did not bring MY Eaton Posi with me to the track. (its sittin in the garage waitin for me to finally install it.) i just happen to see the post by Amyracinrose about her dad wanting to sell a set of 3.73 gears with 2K miles on them. so thats what i was thanking her for.
my rearend held up nicely all weekend.

 

oh, damn i thought it was you that did the posi swap.
