I do have a relay, but its betweenthe fans and the controller. Does that matter?

i think he wants you to wire the relay to where it is the exciter. meaning to use the relay to break the ignition wire.

Does the truck run "clean" when shut-down or does it always diesel, where it bucks, chuggs, and knocks? ("Ka-clunk Ka-clunk")

I had an old car that would do that on hot days. I'm worried your fans aren't cooling enough...

It has only diesels once.....out of hundred times. Temp alwas stays below the 210line on the guage.

Did you use a voltometer when you hooked up your 12v ignition wire? I have had no problems like that I just made sure the power was switchable with the ignition

Pretty sure 02Denali and I figured it out. Its a wiring issue.
