Those are the fitting I used.

The spacers I made on my lathe but I am sure you don't have one of those.

Making the spacers different would not make the fuel line leak less. I had to put the O-Ring in there because the crossover did not go deep enough. and the bracket did not push on it very hard.

And I don't know about the fast rails.

So now that the fuel rails are bolted on i started to make the new crossover. I bought two weld on AN6 fittings and two AN6 straight fittings and some soft line for the new crossover. All i did was cut the top of the old crossover off and the weld on the AN fittings. In order to keep the test port in the crossover i had to cut in an extra splice. Just make sure to remove the schrader valve before welding.

Once they were welded on I cut the tubing and made the crossover.

Also the Evap. You could shorten the original line and connect it to the new evap solenoid. It can also be connect as is it just needs to be bent a little. Or tune it out altogether.
.
hey if i send u a stock crossover.. can u weld it up like yours?

will the stock map sensor work with the 07 tbss intake?

anybody know what plug fits the evap port on the intake to block it off?

will the stock lines fit onto the s10/c5 fuel filter? are they long enough?

go back with all stock parts? or are there better intake manifold gaskets?

quick bump for a great thread!

So, the stock truck fuel rail crossover is steel?
Just wondering if I will need steel or aluminum weld on AN fittings... those in the link supplied here to jegs are steel... but near the front of the thread you mention it was your first time welding aluminum??

Also kinda wondering what the heck to do about a cable bracket....
...and a few other things, but I just got done trying to ask those in another TBSS intake thread...

The fuel rail crossover is steel. I used a bracket from sdparts.com. Still had to modify it to get it to work correctly though. Some have modified the stock bracket to use.
