What is the difference between the 4.8/5.3 kits and the 6.0 set-up? Or is the difference 1500 vs 2500 series vehicles?

The Y-pipe is different on the 6.0. There is also a difference between the 1500 and 2500 series.

I currently have a set of these LT on a 5.3 and would like to upgrade to a 6.0, wouldn't this be a direct swap? Is the different y-pipe because of a 4L80E tranny?
