Vision, yes, that's correct. Although, it won't drop it by much if it's a true LS6.

How much would the head swap drop the compression? How well do the Vortech heads compare to the LS6 heads? By the way it is in fact a true LS6 405 hp engine out of a new Vette.

I have a question. This is a little off topic but O well.
Will the accesories from a 2001 silverado bolt right up to a Z06 motor ?
Also will the fuel rails work off of a 2001 silverado ?

Accessories? Yes.

To run the car intake, you have to re-wire your injector harness to accept the different injectors that the cars use, and also some spacers. Check the FAQ tech sticky in the performance section here in the truck section for a good how-to.

What if i wanted to run the truck intake and fuel rails will it work ?

That's what I did. LS1 w/ truck accessories, intake manifold and exhaust manifolds. All you're doing is swapping out the longblock assembly.
