Default Stock tires wearing on outer tread and wondering why?

I have noticed that on my stock tires Wrangler ST P235 75/R16 that the tread wears heavily towards the outer part of the tire and has been wearing like that for a while. Is this due to the width of the tire or the design of the tread? Or is it the result of taking turns too fast? Which I tend to do.
I'm going to buy some BF Goodrich A/TKO tires LT265 75/R16 in a couple of weeks. Will these tires wear like that? I hope not... Any insight would be great...

Don't think it's my tire pressure or alignment. all tires are staying around 31 psi and I had my front alignment check three months ago. let me be a bit more clear, it's not on both sides of the outer tread only the side that faces away from the truck, opposite the fender well. It also happen more in the front of the truck.

If it's all 4 tires. I think it may be you. You said you take corners hard all the time. These trucks lean pretty hard, especially on a 7" sidewall. How many miles do you have on these tires ? If it's just the front, do you keep them rotated ?

I rotate them about every time I change my oil. It does seem to happen to all four but I've noticed that after the rotation whichever tries I have on the front are a little more wasted than the rear and so on after every rotation, but that’s expected. I think I just need to take those dam corners slower.

Hey,
Fast4.8 did you just take off your yellow covers on your front headlights to get that clear look? It looks bad ***! Another thing….Where do you guys meet up to race here around Houston? When I go out and about with my buddy (he's got a Z that kicks MAJOR ***) I don't see and GMC or Chevrolet trucks around. I just see little Rangers and other small trucks. I would like to go out racing sometime with fellow LS1 trucks. -Hector

Most of my racing is at the track. I have heard some people talk of Britmoore (I think) where ever that is. I think it must be in the 1960 area. I am gonna try to get a truck get together in the near future, but I work shift work, so I'll have to see what's best for me .

Liquid _Blue my truck did the same thing as well even before I lowered it. Mine only did it on the front though and got transfered to the rear when I rotated my tires.
