Default stock intake mainifold??

got the new cam put in and went to the track to tune. gained .4 tenths but my buddy who was tuning for me said there was restriction somewhere around 3k plus when i went wot. so i am def not making full use of the cam i just put in. my next mods are tires and gears so the intake will have to wait awhile. just thought id ask about the stock intake manifold

truck intake is the best OEM intake out of the bunch!!! LS6, LS3 LS2 etc.... so what your problem is ..... you need a converter!!! that takes advantage of your cam, weight and so on and so forth!! The intake is not a problem at this point in your Modding stage!!

ok, sorry then. my bad. i always thought the stock truck intake was pretty good. i will find out more information from my tuner. he said it was choking most of the run though but it could be something else. also i have a 3200 stall. Gears and tires are my problem right now
