Default Stock head gaskets? bore size and thickness

What is the bore size and compressed thickness of the stock 6.0L head gaskets? Will they work with a 4.03" bore?

Stock compressed thickness is .055" with a bore of 4.080". The Felpro gasket #1042 has a compressed thickness of .041" and a bore of 4.130".

Cool deal. Thanks for the info

I don't like that 1041 gasket from Felpro because it's SO thin. Most aftermarket pistons are setup to be .008 to .010 outta the hole which makes for a very small squish area with that gasket.

Stock gasket should be OK.

I agree, it don't pay to get below a quench area of .035". But on the other hand if you are gonna use power adders you need the Felpro for the reinforced ring and body.
