And if all else fails you can always make your own toggle switch but it needs to be the kind with three electrode posts on the bottom GND/ ACC./ POS. And if you don't want to do it that way then you call always just look for the fuse it runs off of in one of your boxes and see if that takes care of it.

The instructions i posted were from the 2000 factory service manual. Quite possible the procedure changed for 03-04.

I just tried this today and was successful. I followed the directions included in the other post, but there was an addition from my manual:

1) Turn car two clicks to 'On' (dont' stop at 'Accessory'); don't start car
2) Press foot on brake
3) Shift to 'N' Neutral
4) While holding the brake down, put accelerator to the floor
5) Hold 'TC' switch in for at least 6 seconds
6) Let off on TC switch, brake, and accelerator
7) Turn key off
8) Wait a while, then when you start the car again, TC will be off

Follow procedure again to reset to original setting.

short of claping my hands and blinking twice, the above worked. The stabilitrak didn't turn off until I drove about a mile. Weird. Also, there is no instructions in my manual. Oh well, thanks for the info.

Good job, I still don't beleive you were looking hard enough though...

Try pages 4-9 through 4-11

In the factory service manuals, I found it under the brakes section. Perhaps with the advent of the throttle by wire, it may not be controlled by the brakring system like it used to, but it should still be recieving its info from the abs sensors.
