Thought I'd add some photos of my True Dual kit installed. I had to add two hangers because I had some conflict with a crossmember on my RCSB. Kit fits great besides that little caveat, very solid with the added hangers. I also linked a couple of sound clips. Not the best sound quality, so you may need to turn the volume up a bit. For those of you who may be curious, the truck has an LQ4 with a TSP 228R cam.
I'd like to a picture of the headers/y-pipe bolted up the factory ball clamp style like on my 6 speed truck. I think I see a piece like that included in the y-pipe picture on their site.

I believe what you are describing in the y pipe kit is from the y to the stock muffler.

What year is yours? I have an 2003 and mine is really close to the cross member, I am having an exhaust shop weld my new hanger up. What kind of servo your running?

My truck is a '99, the kit rested on my crossmember using the stock exhaust mounts and hangers. I had to cut off the factory hanger to gain vertical clearance and then pull the exhaust up about 1/2 inch with my own hangers. My truck has solid mounts, so it doesn't move the exhaust much if at all, so even though I've only got about 1/4-1/2 inch above and below the exhaust, everything clears after I addressed the contact.
As for the servo, the truck has a Performabuilt Level 2 4L60e in it. I believe he uses Sonnax Super Servos in his transmissions.

The solid mounts will do that. I have yet to get back to the muffler shop. Mine barely touches still want to have it fixed dropped to much money to f it up.
