yes, the o2 bung in the middle is angled up a little to far. could not get my wideband in. gonna have to cut out and weld in at different angle. still looks great though and fits great! just the o2 bung like the headers on driver side and the clamps.

Ya, the clamps will work even with the wedge. They are just a pain to get on. We have already informed the factory to add some length to the straps. Those should be updated on future batches. The wideband O2 bung was also welded up a little to far. Not sure why they did that. The prototype was welded just fine. They have been informed about that as well. Everything else we have checked/tested should be good to go. We have installed 3 of them on different vehicles so far, plus the ones going out to you guys successfully. If we come across anything else we will continue to perfect our kit. Thanks for the input..

Are you guys tuning with just exhaust? I know it's needed to for the engine light but I am waiting on an intake and a few other things before I tune it so if doesn't need to be 're done.

Thank you guys..

Wolftrk99: I believe 18".

parks450: If you're doing true dual exhaust I would recommend a full tune yes. You will probably need 3-5% more fuel up top on NA builds from what we have seen in the past.

Thanks
Sean

What is the length difference between the RCSB version and extended cab?

I'm looking to order one for my '05 2500HD Reg Cab w/ 8ft bed. Not sure which set-up I should run. My current set-up is dumping at about the same spot as the RCSB version, but I'd like to go a bit further back.
