If i go duals

I'd go for the Comp XER 224/230 that both you and I want, only on a 112 instead of a 114 maybe, some good heads, and more injector as I'm pretty sure that the extra head flow and bigger bumpstick will max you out. Pretty sure that you'll see more gains with those mods than the headers, which IMO would be fine if they had 3" collectors. Then, in the fall or winter, go with the 1 7/8's, 3" collectors/y-pipe, and whatever rear section that you decide on. I feel that the headers will better compliment a new H/C combo than your current set up, but the H/C will show nice gains either way

I see that but we don't really know how much the headers themselves helped because he went with a better flowing intake and exhaust so I'm sure those two together made the numbers we see.. I know either one is goin to gain for him in one way or another but if your not flowing the air in its not gunna help much to flow more out.. I think the heads would give more kick in the pants on the butt dyno then later he can upgrade headers if he feels like spending 1000 bucks on headers

compression is your friend on the heads. I have seen some nice gains with the LS6 heads on GTO's. but with 230's cams. Go heads and fab your own headers....I know you can. I want 1 3/4 stepped to 1 7/8 3" collector for the ls1....so get to fabbin'!! ha ha

I vote for L92 if you could duplicate this combo

Strong numbers with a mellow cam. Maybe dyno is lil generous?
