short belt?

Default short belt?

ive heard this will shave off around .2 off your 1/4 and its so simple and cheap, but i dont know the routing of it or length. also is it actually a good idea?

make a v pattern: over the tensioner, under the waterpump, over the alt., and under the crank!!! and remove the a/c belt too!!! i think its worth a couple tenths. i havnt done it yet but i have everything to do it and im just waiting

that routing only works if you have an ASP underdrive pulley. if you do not have an underdrive pulley you can use this routing.

no alternator? just curious, why wont it work withouth the ud pulley?

Also curious, is it because there is not enough clearance between the water pump pulley and the crank to fit the belt if you dont have and UD?

b/c with the stock crank pulley, the belt rubs against the p/s pulley.
