SES light on CATS off NEED HELP?!?!?!?!

Default SES light on CATS off NEED HELP?!?!?!?!

Took cats off Drove for 550 miles and SES kick on. I check for codes and PO430 PO420 showed it said that catalyst efficency below threshold bank 1&2. I had O2S turned off when tuned using HPTUNERS can some body help me whats going on I am lost%$#^%#(




2004 Chevy LS
RC/SB
LM7 5.3L
4l65E w/SHIFTKIT,SERVO
G80 w/3.73

ADD ons: LS1 electric Fans,TB bypass, TB spacer, 160* Thermostast, K&N Cold air induction, Borla ProXcess Muffler w/Turndows, NitrousWorks 150 shot, HP Tuners Tune, 295/50r16 BF GOODRICH radials.

Future Mods 6.0L, patriot 5.3L Stage 2 head and cam kit, Vigilante stall, 4.10 gears Longtubes and OFY pipe, TNT N2O set up.

AGGRESSIVE MOTORSPORTS live life at full throttle......

I was told to turn off three things:
1. Cat efficiency codes
2. Cat over-temp protection
3. Rear O2 codes

I think what you have to do is find the codes in HPT, and you can check different boxes for SES light / store code / do nothing, etc. I don't remember where they are, but it's somewhere in the DTC section.

yep...
HPT>Edit>Engine Diagnostics>DTC

just check "3-No error Reported" on anything that has "sensor 2" in the description.

Mine are supposed to be tuned "off" but I am getting the code. I may have to get a different tuner to look at it.
