206/212 Nice stealthy cam?
#1
I'm looking at a Comp cam 206/212 .515/.520 114 LSA. Would this cam have a noticeable idle? Im going for a stealthy sound that is barely noticeable. Also, this will be ok with the stock converter right? Thanks

I have that cam on a 114lsa, and you can't even tell it's there. Works fine with the stock converter also. That cam, combined with a tune and upgrading to 00 and up injectors (I have a 99 and it came with 21lb injectors as opposed to 24lb for 00 and up), was worth .9 sec and almost 8 mph for me in the 1/4. (from 16.5@81.7 to 15.6@89.5) 60' times didn't improve though...that's where I feel a nice stall would definitely be helpful...or runnin with some shorter tires than the 33's that I have now (BFG AT's 285/75R16=32.9")

Check out the Lingenfelter GT2-3 . I am very pleased with the power gains, and sounds just like stock. It's a super stealthy cam
