I got this cam in this past weekend. All of my experience with it has been on the street so far. From a dig and up high (I would guess 6500+) its great
There's definitely a flat spot while cruising between 1600 and 24-2600'ish.

edit: here's a screen of my tuned ve with this cam for anyone interested http://s499.photobucket.com/albums/r...camvetuned.jpg

To the OP, if you haven't bought a cam yet, call Comp Cams & talk to one of their advisors. Tell them what you have & what you want & they'll recommend you a cam. I haven't done this with my truck yet, but did on a 3.1L Z24 & they hooked me up with a custom grind. I had some fun giving GTP's & stock Z28s/TransAms a run for their money with a FWD cavalier.

Or download and install comp's free cam quest software

I'm running 3.73's right now but I think 4.30's or .56's will make this cam shine.

I like it a lot so far. I have added the HT1 cam, SDPC heads, long tube headers with a y pipe, 4.56 gears. the trans will be swapped out in the next few days with a 2,500 stall. right now it runs great from 2,000rpm's up.
