Thanks Guys for all your input. Lokks to me like the fan and pulleys is a good idea. The only thing problem is the pulleys are on back until who knows when. The fan has me a little hesitant though. Is there a fan out there that will allow me to use the stock shroud?

Do you guys know what the rating on your fans are as far as CFM:
How much CFM should I be looking for?

Which is better?

Flexlite twin fan pushing 1800 CFM for $300
Flexlite twin fan pushing 5500 CFM for $500
Single fan pushing 1000 CFM for about $100

Does anyone know stock CFM rating
Thanks,

i have had my setup for a year now with no problems. i am using a perma cool adjustable relay, derale 16 inch s-blade fan, asp pullies and i use the stock fan shroud. it was actually pretty easy to hook it all up, comes on automatically.

If you go with a kit that is made for the truck or a universal kit you should be fine with the instructions. If you go the cheaper route like some of us did by using the LT1/LS1 fans, I can send you a diagram that should get you through it.
