Running Lean All of a Sudden...Advice?

Did you check the Intake Gaskets??? Even with only 10,000 miles, If you have the early style orange one's replace them with the new revised green ones that are ethanol compatible.
The orange ones don't like the ethanol in gas.
Also if the o-ring material is almost flat there is a good chance they're not making a good seal. As the engine heats up and things begin to expand and contract, if the seal is not pliable enough you will get a leak. Usually on the bottom side of the intake were its impossible to diagnose.
After that I would do the 02 Sensors.
MAF sensors are rare and you usually get a code indicating there not functioning properly.
Have used any type of Fuel injection cleaner??? It's possible for the injectors to gum up from sitting as well. it probably won't fix the lean issue but it's good maintenance on a vehicle that sits for periods of time.
