Default rough idle/ dies at stop lights

My truck surges and will die at stop lights or when going from reverse to drive. It's been doing it for 3-4 months. I had to put in a fuel pump cause mine died, so it's not that. Thought it was the IAC so I replaced that. ran good and idled great for a day. Then started to surge at stop lights and die at idle. Now what? Change plug wires? coils? It has new plugs...uh help me!!!

did you do the tune? post it up if you can, maybe the desired airflow is messed up?

Mine does it too, but thats because my desired airflow isn't set right for the converter yet

check your TB for carbon buildup....even just a little will cause problems.

you can get a chemical cocktail from your dealer for doing a "de-carb"

yours is higher then mine in some places and mine is higher then yours in some places... i was comparing my tune to other modified tunes with cams and stalls and their desired airflow is little higher then mine but theres a huge difference in the iac effective areas (iac steps) so im going to look into changing that...

Have you checked the IAC? That seems to be a common problem, take it out clean it and try that. If that does not work, try a new one.

I will take out the TB and full clean it out. I do have a 3800 converter. Maybe my tune is off. I'll clean it though and log it, then post here.
