Are they stud mount or shaft mount? If they are stud mount they are probably too tight. What brand are they?

I talked to him over PM and they are stud mount, so it sounds like they might be too tight. He said the rockers came with crappy instructions, so I directed him to the Vinci instructions hoping those would be better.

thanks chris, for all your help,
Damn thing won't start, It crank couple times and drop dead. since it's different produt they will need little different adjusting. WoW can't believe it why it wont start.
Now i'm thinking it's because length of pushrods? thinking about trying 7.325
I had 7.4 magnum.
any ideas?
I put stock rockers back and starts fine again, so nothings wrong, other than PRW rockers.
I even demage the rockers, but It's not related to movement or rockers.
I over torque at first time when I tried.
PRW tech Help was not much better than My grandMas. (even talk tech mechanic over the phone)

anyways I burned 2-4band in tranny, so I have to go back to My mechanic who knows my truck better than I do!

My boost is getting delay
