Lingenfelter recommends those springs for their cams with .57+ lift...It all depends on the ramp rate, which I don't believe is extremely agressive with the Comp 216/220. The LS6 springs with the set up that your describing will be borderline IMO. Many guys have run the yellow LS6 springs with more agressive higher lift cams and been fine, but you're kinda pushing the envelope I believe. If it's in the budget, I'd get the PAC 1218's for the extra insurance, but if money is real tight, you can gamble and get the LS6's, and probably be OK
