I should just say screw it and do it.I'm on the central coast.Pismo beach area.I'm only looking to have this truck for a year or so.Hence the reason I don't have LT's already. It could be a pain to sell, thats why I wanted to try and get away with mids.Looking at doing a cam here in a week or 2 also.So I'm shopping around for a voodoo.Pretty much getting this truck ready for a more marketable sale.Plus have fun between now and then.I had a 03 lifted truck I put a Maggie on.Did all I wanted to do to it.Then sold it.I get bored of the same thing after awhile lol.Ultimately I want a cadillac cts-v.A 06-08 model.

I know it's hard to do but if you know for sure its gone on a year or so I'd not mod it. Save the cash for a downpayment on the CTS-V.

You could, if you really wanted, go LT's and keep your factory manifolds and y in storage if you have the room.

I don't have the self control to not do something.Driving something thats a pig on the road AND knowing what I could drive like? That's almost blasphemy to not do something lol.

I "plan" on going the ctsv route.I hope I really get it.But just in case I don't....

And yes I have room in storage.I'd just have to switch back n forth come smog time(unless it gets "overlooked"),or if someone buys it.I want my cake and eat it to pretty much

Looks like you were already planning on swapping back and forth anyway.

That's a point I didn't make earlier. If you go with mids you'll have to cut your y-pipe to account for the extra length of the mids. Learned that lesson myself.

Not modding is blasphemy. agreed.
