Do you completely remove your's or just unbolt the ends? Do you do it at the track or before you go?

Results:

Well, my times (60' and ET) didn't improve but I blame that on the warmer temps and humidity. However it was hooking like crazy off the line! I think a lot of it was curteousy of the track prep at Gainesville raceway, but I still feel like the sway bar removal helped.

With the stock 5.3 and original 235/75 tires pumped to 40 PSI, I was able to brake stall to 1000 and still not break traction! I brake stalled & manually shifted my way to a best of 14.92 @ 93.1mph. Considering its a stock truck with warm temps I was happy with it, especially the MPH.

Bottom line: I think pulling the sway bars for a drag race is definitley worth it on a 2wd.
BTW: Thanks for the help guys, and Snake Eater, it was nice meeting ya. Scream - Race you later?

Yeah, I think that the cam is going in this weekend. I plan on going to the street night next Friday...maybe then?

Oh, and I'm going to try to eliminate my traction problems too!

Congrats on the times! What did SnakeEater run?
