Default Reduced engine power no CEL

I got "reduced engine power" on my cluster coming home from work today, it started to idle rough. No CEL or I'd of read it with my ObdII, The only mod I've done lately to the motor is a P&P TB? Could this be the culprit? It's been on already for about a month also..

There should be some codes if you read the OBDII.

Yes the TB could be the culprit.

Well I messed around with the spark plug wires..now it's gone. Beats me guys 0.0

I'm gonna carry around the OBDII in case it pops up again.

Scan it anyway to see if any are there. Usually takes some time for the codes to clear themselves.
