I stayed with the 2.5" duals and 2 mufflers. The HP level most of us are at does not require dual 3" and you can actually hurt TQ going that big in theory.





I just made 345rwhp N/A with this exhaust setup and that was on a gimped tq converter.

 

so what do yall think would give me the most power/torque 2 aerochambers or two bullets?

 

I doubt you would really notice the difference low HP N/A.. FI I would say the bullets as straight through mufflers are almost always free flowing compared to chambered mufflers.

 

I have 2 1/2" true duals with 2 cats and 2 open chamber mufflers with a "H" pipe and it works great, no problems at all.

Mine is pretty damned loud with those bullets. The custom X-pipeed exhaust i have sounds wicked when reved and nice and deep when idling. It's actually a bit too loud so I fear getting nabbed by the cops so we welded a catalytic converter sheel on the pies to look like I have cats but I'll probably get nabbed anyway since Sacramento is REALLY cracking down on modded cars/trucks.
