Just got my shift kit/servos installed yesterday. Boy!!!! What a difference!! I did the Transgo HD2 kit, with Corvette servos, and the billet overdrive servo. Got all from Joe at Jag Performance. He seid to do the 2 washer deal in the forward accumulator, but I chickened out, and just went with 1, because the Magnuson tune already has some trans enhancement. The shift kit makes the shift "event" much quicker, and the servos make it hit harder, but not banging hard. I was worried about not leaning too hard on my trans since the Radix install, but now, I can't wait to get to the track!!!

 

I am contemplating a Radix. My wife's car is a Buick Park Avenue Ultra with the supercharged 3.8. I love that car. I like the very light whine when getting on it.
Talk to me about the noise of the Radix. When do you hear it and how loud is it?

 

The Transmission mods were the 1st mods I did. I didnt install any washers and it still nails a hell of a 2nd gear.
As far as the Radix Man its pretty damn awsome I havent it much because my tune got scewed up but its runnin like top now Westers fixed it right away and its been rainin ever since. May be it will clear up Sunday and Ill go to the track.
As far as noise goes I have 22'' Magnaflow 2 in 2 out the back and when you nail the radix is much louder it sounds killer.
