question about rear-end noise??

To Tell you the truth, the only thing that is going to happen is that it is going to irritate you till you fix it, or learn to live with it, If there was any real problem with the set up it would have borken by now. I installed my eaton and gear set up in my truck, and have done rear ends ranging from 18 wheelers down to mustangs and i know for sure that all your hearing is gear slack. The only thing thats wrong is the settings. they are going to be a little loose in your case. This means the pinion is not far enough "into" the ring gear. Nothing to worry about though, just the noise
