Default pulley install

I just used a 3 jaw puller (make absolutely sure you are pulling on the hub of the harmonic balancer, not the outside) and a strap wrench on the pulley. Get a buddy that has some horsepower and a 24mm 1/2" drive socket with a cheater. Mine came off slicker than hell that way. Use the tool specifically made for reinstalling the balancer/pulley and basically use the reverse procedure to put it on. 37 lb-ft + 140 degrees. Worked like a champ...

well three and a half months later the local speed shop i ordered the pullies from finally got them in. install took anout 25 minutes, easy as hell with three tools. impact, the puller as seen above, and a wide shop hammer. got it off no problem, to reinstall i used the hammer to tap the pully on enough to get a good start on the threads (about 4) then drove it in with the impact. it all lined up perfect. runs great, and now my voltmeter nods with the subs. hahaha. i need to go to the track!!
