Pulleys, Efans, and stall converter

this is probably thw most rediculous question youve seen in a while but looking under the hood of my 05 rcsb 4.8 the fan looks like a efan what is the difference between stock and aftermarket?
What are your opinions on a good set of pullys to get for my truck?
And would putting in a stall converter at the same time as i put in my shift kit save any money on labor?

Never seen aftermarket but they probably have some type of mfg marking and the GM's don't.
ASP underdrive pulleys are the ones everyone likes.
Don't think so, to install the converter the trans has to come down.
