Default Pulley replacement

I need a new water pump pulley, I strip the threads trying to get the fan back on.

How do you get this pulley off and on?

good excuse for an electric fan! They are pressed on, a three jaw puller should work but you might need a press to install it. Might just as well buy a new pump.

This is what I was thinking. It looks in no way serviceable while on the vehicle.

And, yes, this is all about efans. I put the new (34") radiator in yesterday, but I don't have my complete ground solution taken care of yet.
