Default pulley remover and installing?

What do I need to remove the power steering pulley and crank pulley?
and where can I get the tools needed?
I want to go ahead and just buy them instead of renting from autozone.

do I need any special tools to install the pulleys?

You need a pulley puller. I have seen them at Sears for like $60-$70.

I am not sure about the power steering pulley. Just curious.... Why do you want to take that one off?

You'll need a special tool/kit to pull the power steering pulley. They have them at Napa for 35-40 bucks, I forget the item number, but I can post it and a few pics this evening if necessary. It's a neat little gadget. I just did mine yesterday.

You don't have to remove the power steering pump. You can just remove the bracket that holds the power steering pump and alternator to strip the engine.

That's what I was going to suggest. You will have to do that anyways to get the head off if it comes to that.

I rented a Chrysler balancer puller from AutoZone to get my balancer off.

Chilton's recommends a three-prong puller to pull the crank pulley/dampner. Plus becarefull not to damage the threads in the crank for the crank bolt.

While were on the subject I've heard not to re-se the crank bolt, and that's what Chilton's says too.Does ARP make a re-usable bolt? That seems kinda annoying.
