Ok, 12sec5.3 recomended the same came, except he's running a 114 LSA. What does the 112 do for me besides more lope?

Will the 112 not lope as much in a 6.0L as it will in a 5.3?

narrower LSA will help with DCR and since it helps with the DCR it will help with power under the curve which is important. peak numbers is one thing but power under the curve is important. that cam is bascially what i ran in my LQ9 and it didnt seem wild at all actually kinda tame. with only being and extended cab you ahve some room to go larger personally. but choose wisely and what you plan on doing to the truck. mine isnt a daily driver anymore but just a fun toy. also with larger cams more SCR is needed to help in aid of duration

would you beable to back that up with facts and not opnions?

SCR= static compression ration is what most people mention having this compresion ie 10.5:1 11.0:1 etc

DCR= dynamic compresion ratio this number is figured off cam timing and events and also plays a big factor in what fuel it runs on higher DCR= more octane needed to run good

hope i somewhat explained it to where you dont get all confused
