Pacesetter Long Tubes and a ORY, 550 bucks, then probably a posi if u dont have it, and if u do, then a set of 3.90 or 4.10 gears, that posi and gears may be about 600 or 700 bucks though

Get a tune (or tuning software) before you do anything else. Then either a cam or exhaust (and a free retune once they are installed).

This is the route I would go, and you can do homemade intake modification/CAI to save a few bucks.

Replace the tube between the airbox and the TB, Pacesetter LT's, Cat back exhaust(magnaflow or bullet), Transgo hd-2 shiftkit, Custom tune or software, Stall TC (2500-3000). That should give you a hellofa baseline for some bigger power! Then save for a cam and components or a SC or Turbo.
