Only the NNBS trucks run that hose to the intake tube.

That maybe so as I haven't made it a mission to remove and inspect the details of the TB completely. Apparently that tube from the TB to the VC isn't ideal because I've seen many threads on forums where it's recommended to remove it, cap the ports and put a breather where the oil fill cap is. Some crankcase vacuum is actually good. It improves ring seal so I'm good with the current configuration right now.
