Default out of the loop... fill me in

I haven't bought a new CAI in literally about 5 years. I've pieced together some and for the past while, my intake has had a little spinny thingy inside it matter of fact, the filter on my turbo is off that first kit LOL, I just clean it and keep rolling.

Is there anything new out there? I'm probably either gonna snag a plain vanilla K&N or a Volant... Ill be N/A and tuned SD...

I have a volant that Ill be selling shortly. I gotta find the top for it 1st. Let me know if you might be interested.

I really liked my Volant big time over my K&N FIPK...I had made a ram air for it and that really helped keep IATs down, even on those hot summer days.

i have a volant and i like it, cant really tell a difference in it from my old K&N besides the fact that its enclosed rather than open. If you get a volant look into a kit with the powercore filter, ive heard alot of good things about them

I know there may be at most a 1hp or so difference in all of them out and anyone who advertises rediculous gains over another is crazy LOL. I'm mainly concerned with completeness and fit/finish of a given CAI setup...

I have the UPD lid and tube, they claim 15 rwhp.....honestly, it didn't do much of anything. I know what a 15 hp gain feels like. The stock intake is pretty damn good, no reason to change it aside from aesthetics imo.
