Well sping is in the air, so that means it's about time to get busy on this 4l80e conversion. A few of the sponsers have some kicks *** deals out there, but since I'm 4WD, I need a transfer case, which I is about $800 or so on top of the whole conversion.

I have a call waiting to be returned on a few wrecked 4WD 3/4 tons and am wondering if it would be worth it if I could pick one of these up for close to the whole conversion price ($3000), would it be worth the hassel of removing everything I need, parting out what other folks may want, and trying to dispose of the carcass?

Wish I would've tried to outbid Parish on his deal he got off of ebay way back when.
