So where's Seth now? And is he selling a kit?

Actually, I think as long as it was "not" under the hood it would still be a remotely mounted turbo. I would still call it a STS, as the f-body guys are. Some are front mounting them, I think.

Yeah, makes the exchange of info/opinions a greater degree of success.

BTW folks, I really like the idea of a STS kit, I'd like to see how one works on an engine with a radix though,............NakedAV?

Someone should try putting the turbo at the Y-pipe and weld a wastegate pipe off of the Y. I think I could make that kit in about 2 hours It seems like it would get better throttle response than the STS kit, and you could keep the headers you may have already installed on the engine. (of course a standard header manifold setup is best, I believe. But what I just mentioned seems sooo easy)

BTW: Twin Screw blowers build boost the quickest!

from the time they start building boost, yes, but not off idle, that would be the Roots proof?

I don't think throttle response is an issue if you get the right turbo. On a basic kit the response and spool time is great. I just got greedy and wanted big opwer up top so I went with a much bigger turbo. Otherwise the GT35 kicked ***. Being able to mash it at 30mph and have the tires go up in smoke was the bomb.
