OBX Longtube Header Problem

My OBX fit perfectly on my 4x4. 1/4" on the passenger side, and about the same on the drivers side, a little less. My front driveshaft had at least 1/2".

I was thinking of saying this but what are the odds of it snaping the header to head bolts?

I was thinking of doing something like that, but was worried about snapping the bolt off also.
