Default O2 sensor voltage issue

Guys,

for some reason my driverside front O2 sensor isn't sending a .5 volt signal from the PCM to the sensor (its the purple/white wire 04 silverado). I am just wondering if there is a ground i didn't connect or problem with the PCM. I am wondering if anyone else has had a problem with the O2 signal wire from the PCM ?? thanks for any input..

I haven't done anything to it.. I am not sure what happened... At first I thought it was a bad O2, but I have tried several O2s now.. It definitely seems like something with the PCM
