Ouch. Search DanaliHD. My truck is off to shop #4. It's under Forced Induction. I did a search it's on pg. 2 of a search w/his screenname. Or scroll search to 4-11-08 under the same. Short version: multiple shops, screwing over, remedies, $60K, & Dan wants to sell because of all of it. Bout right Dan? Good luck in your decision.

You will also at some point in the near future need either a boost-a-pump or an inline fuel pump.
Yeah I was planning on all that except the pinning of the crank and fuel pump.

Theres no way in hell Im spending 60k on a 15k max truck. I planned on a tune and injectors and running it at about 6-8 psi and being done with it. I will then save up for a sports car while I drive the truck. Sound good? Or should I just get out of it now and start saving my money??

I forgot if that includes original truck price. Not all spend that coin or have roadblocks. Do u like your TPIS cam?

What do u really want? Do you have a particular goal? A fast truck or a fast truck that runs this ET or that ET?

Or are u set on a sports car? - I'm thinking you are. Obviously if $ is a spent on truck 1st & u are dead set on car, know it just takes from the car fund. $7000 spent on truck could be $7000 on the car. But then you'd miss out on all the great PT people...like Trever 1t & Blown Chevy, Spoolin, Bill Reid, ..I can name many more, but it's not the point. You can learn from any of us. Share stories, GTGs, etc. Performance or looks, or both. It's here.
BTW, what kind of car u thinkin?

Get that whip on that bitch lol, you will def feel that. Also your cam isn't that big, compared to what alot of guys are running. I agree get some LT's and get a retune, a set of gears and it will be a whole diff truck, Ya can't let the exhaust out if ya have a restriction..

well it sounds like you have yourself a good plan then.

I ran out of fuel at either 8 or 10lbs boost, can't remember. I spun the crank on 12lbs boost. I took my 6000lb truck to 13.066@102mph with the STOCK engine/exhaust and my whipple at 12lbs boost.

hope that info helps you and best wishes. Twin Screw Rocks!!!!!!!

I agree throw some LT's on and you'll def notice a difference. I recently put LT's and an off road Y on mine without a cam and was a big difference.

What you need is LT's with y-pipe. Bang for buck Pacesetter coated with the off road y-pipe. Then instal some e-fans.
Get some 42lb injectors have it retuned for everything and i'd be willing to bet you an easy half second drop in the 1/4.

Also anyone who thinks you won't feel 30hp B.S.
It's not that simple, a slower ride will turn 30hp into holy **** i love this thing.
Something with 350+hp no you won't be that impressed with a 30hp bump.

That truck not running LT's or e-fans is just killing itself period. The LT's are the biggest thing but i'd bet 3 tenths on the lt's and a easy 2 on the e-fans all day long.

Well everyone around here seems to drive a truck. This is my 1st truck ever. I've had anything from a z28 to a turbo'ed honda civic. I like to go fast and want to walk all over these fast *** diesels all around here. My buddy went a 12.7 in ennis 2 weekends ago. Then his tranny broke.

I want a Corvette. Then down the road something more exotic. Of course if a nice 67-69 Camaro, GTO or Charger came my way I wouldnt mind that either.
