Not happy with performance at all

The only way to really tell is to put the truck on a dyno. Most people running LT's, exhaust, cam, and tune are making 300rwhp depending on tune and set up. Also just a slight factor, what size tires and wheels are you running, also what gears are in the truck?

The wheel and tire combo is holding you back for sure, also if the other trucks have
4:10's that makes a big difference too. Either way with your mods and a correct tune you should atleast be able to break traction.....Get on a Dyno.

I was in a similar boat 5 years ago. I thought adding a K&N filter and getting a Hypertech would actually add HP, lol. Put the whipple on. You will no longer think you don't have any power. Just make sure it's done right, please.

All of it I believe. The tune is setup for the tranny. I guess maybe Im just wanting more. I want to walk this girls R/T Charger that Im dating. Driving it and then driving my box on wheels seems a little different.
Guess the next check is going to the whipple install, tune and injectors instead of a crotch rocket.

don't use the whipple electronics, get larger injectors and a tune. I would also highly recommend adding methanol injection to cool the intake temps, move the iat sensor to be after the blower, and pin your crank
You will also at some point in the near future need either a boost-a-pump or an inline fuel pump.
