Is there a chance it could be in the pcm? I did a reset with no luck. I think it could be my OD servo seal, but I cant tear into it til I get it back from the paint shop (goodmark cowl) Any ideas??

Is your line pressure too high? That will cause problems. I don't like raising pressure alone with just the computer, it is better to install a corrective performance shift kit to do that.

Do you have any SES/MIL/CEL lights on? This would point to a bad solenoid in the valve body.

Is 2nd gear okay? 2nd and 4th use the same band.

There are also o-rings that go on the servos. If you didn't lube them with ATF, vasoline, or trans assembly lube when installed that could potentially be a problem. They are very easy to pop out, if you installed them yourself you know what I mean. Just pull each part out one at a time.

Hope this helps...

Not sure if this is what you're asking but take a look:

I have my line pressure raised in the pcm and have a shift kit too. So I guess it could bo too high, What could line pressure being too high cause?
No ses lights.
2nd gear is fine.
Everythings leaning toward servo o-rings, I hope thats it!Thanks guys.

Man, you have both?! High line pressure is just bad for the internals, too much or too little can make gears not operate and cause other probelms...that could be why the OD o-ring came off (if it did actually come off).

What shift kit did you go with?

I think around 200-225psi is about high enough. You want positive engagement of the gears and to limit slipping; not to pound on the internals like with an impact gun. Stock 4L60E hard parts are very weak and will not hold up to that sort of abuse for too long. You will get stress cracks in the input drum, splines crack, etc. Very bad.

I went with a B@M shift kit.
Guess I need to bring the line pressure back down when I get edit! Thanks for all the info Hit Man! How do you tell how much line pressure you have? How much do you think I've got? How much stock? Thanks again.
