the intakes are on most, 08-13 GM truck/van/suv,

Identify them by the number of bolts holding the throttle body on..

Old = 3 bolts
New = 4 bolts

There are four types on 4 bolt intakes.
Return.
Returnless fuel rail, get the correct one for your ride.
and Square port.
Electronic controlled throttle body and Cable throttle body.

Match the new one to your old intake minus the bolt pattern on throttle body.

What year is your motor?

With a little creativity and plumbing, any cathedral port 08-13 manifold will work for you.

Your fuel system is return. I would buy any 4 bolt intake you want from a Trailblazer SS, 08+ 4.8/5.3, a C5 fuel filter and this throttle body:

My truck is an 01', I am using an intake from a 2011 truck. I used a C5 Corvette fuel filter and a C5 fuel tank hose to connect everything. I tried one of the china-bay TBs, didn't work out for me, ended up with a NW 92mm. Got a throttle cable bracket from SDPC that works well. There are pictures of everything in my project thread.
